All ASV levers come with two steel sealed bearings on the main pivot where your lever folds. You can also add bearings to the pivot where your lever rotates on the perch or master cylinder.
You will need to order a “Pro Bearing Kit” from ASV. The cost is $10.00

To install the bearing kit
Step 1: take your ASV lever and with a medium size punch or large Phillips screwdriver, press the steel bushing out of the ASV lever. If you need to use force or a hammer to pound the bushing out, that is O.K. (See Photos 1-3) |
