Returns

We allow returns or exchanges up to 30 days after delivery for a full product refund.  In most case, we can provide an exchange free of charge.  Please review the options below and let us know how we can help.
 
 
I'm returning due to an error made by ASV (ASV will require you to troubleshoot the issue.)
  • We will provide a free pre-paid return label via email
  • Eligible for a full refund PLUS the original shipping fee
  • Or free replacement
 
I'm returning for another reason.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping
  • Eligible for a refund minus the original shipping fee.
  • Or free replacement

 

After 30 days?

You can still make a return for any reason, but only if the product is unused and in original packaging
  • Eligible for a refund minus original shipping fee
  • Pre-paid return label fee will be deducted from refund.
  • Alternatively, no fee's for replacements

 

After 90 days?

To start a return, please email info@asvinventions.com.  Provide the the name placed on the order, an order number, and the reason for the return.  Once approved, we will issue you a prepaid return label
 
Once we receive your return, a refund or replacement will be issued within 3 business days according to the terms above. If a replacement is not available during this time, a refund will be issued instead.
 
ASV cannot ship any replacement ahead of receiving the return. This includes returns where ASV was at fault. We recommend reordering the correct item from asvinventions.com and then returning the original order for a refund.
