SHIPPING & HANDLING
All ASV products are built to order in Huntington Beach, California and typically take 1-3 business days before shipping.
This handling time still applies even Two-Day or Next Day shipping. If you need to rush an order, please call us and place the order over the phone. An additional rush fee may apply.
Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number.

CALIFORNIA
All orders shipping to a California will have a 7.75% sales tax added to your order.
CANADA
We use USPS Priority International for all orders going to Canada. This is the lowest cost method that still offers tracking and insurance. It also avoids most duties and fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS and are subject to duties and taxes upon arrival.

ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT
If your package appears to be lost or delayed in transit, please reach out to us to open up a claim. These claims can take up to 3-4 weeks to process. If you need levers right away, we recommend re-ordering and shipping to a different address. Please note, ASV is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once its been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
FITMENT GUARANTEE
We guarantee that our levers will fit your vehicle as long as the following conditions are met:
- The vehicle year, make, and model is provided during checkout.
- The vehicle is listed in our applications chart
- The vehicle is equipped with the stock controls
Make sure your current controls are stock. It's very common, for previous owners to replace stock controls with newer or aftermarket controls. We cannot guarantee fitment if you do not have stock controls. If you suspect that your controls are not stock, please complete our ASV Fitment Request Form.
RETURNS OR SWITCH-OUTS
We allow returns or replacements up to 90 days after delivery for a full product refund.
To start a return, you will need an RA number.
Email info@asvinventions.com and provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return. You should get a response within 1 business day.
ASV cannot ship any replacement ahead of receiving the return. This includes returns where ASV was at fault. If you need a replacement right away, you will need to place another order.
