SHIPPING & HANDLING

All ASV products are built to order in Huntington Beach, California and typically ship within 2-4 business days. If you need your order shipped ASAP, please contact ASV before placing your order to discuss RUSH options. Once your order ships, your order will be updated with a tracking number sent via email.

CALIFORNIA
All orders going to a California shipping address will have a 7.75% sales tax added to your order.
 
CANADA
We use USPS Priority International for all orders going to Canada. This is the lowest cost method that still offers tracking and insurance. It also avoids most duties and fees.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS and are subject to duties and taxes upon arrival. 
We strongly recommend checking out the ASV International Dealer List as you may have ASV levers near you.
 
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost or delayed in transit, please reach out to us to follow up with the carrier.
ASV is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once its been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
We highly recommend having your order shipped to a location where it will arrive safely.

FITMENT GUARANTEE

We guarantee that our levers will fit your vehicle as long as the following conditions are met:
  • The vehicle year, make, and model is provided during checkout.
  • The vehicle is listed in our applications chart
  • The vehicle is equipped with the stock controls and they are fully functional (Bent or broken stock levers are ok)
Make sure your current controls are stock. It's very common, especially on older bikes, for previous owners to replace stock controls with newer or aftermarket controls. We cannot guarantee fitment if you do not have stock controls.  If you suspect that your controls are not stock, please complete our ASV Fitment Request Form.

RETURNS OR SWITCH-OUTS

We allow returns or replacements up to 90 days after delivery for a full product refund. We strongly recommend installing your levers as soon as you receive them to ensure your full satisfaction.
 
To start a return, you will need an RA number.
Email info@asvinventions.com and provide your name, order number, and the reason for the return. You should get a response within 1 business day. If their was an issue with your order, we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label for the return. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
 
Do not return an order without an RA number. Orders returned without an RA number will be sent back at the customers expense.
 
ASV cannot ship any replacement ahead of receiving the return. This includes returns where ASV was at fault. If you need a replacement right away, you will need to reorder from the website.
