SHIPPING & RETURNS
All ASV products are built to order in Huntington Beach, California and typically ship within 1-2 business days.
However, since COVID-19, some products may be unexpectedly backordered due to higher demand than usual. If this happens, we will notify you within 1 day of placing the order and provide you a new ETA.
Once your order ships, we will send your tracking number via email. If you need ASV levers ASAP, please contact us ahead of placing your order to confirm availability.
Check your order status by logging in to your ASV Customer Portal
"Awaiting fulfillment" means that your order is on track to ship within 1-2 business days
"Backordered - ETA 2 Weeks" means that your order is delayed but should ship within 2 weeks of when the order was placed
Shipping charges are calculated by carrier based on your location and weight of the products being shipped.
As a reminder, choosing expedited shipping does not mean expedited handling. If you need your order delivered within 3 days, please contact ASV before ordering to ensure product availability.
For all orders going to California, a 7.75% sales tax will be added to your order.
For orders going outside the United States, you will be responsible for any local duties, fees or tariffs.
If your package was shipped and the tracking number still shows "in transit" after the expected delivery date, email info@asvinventions.com with your order info so we can begin an investigation.
ASV is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after its been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
We highly recommend having your order shipped to a location where it will arrive safely.
