Marketplace Specialist
$25-$30 per hour - Full Time - In-person M-F 8:30am-5pm
ASV Inventions is seeking a FULL TIME Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon and eBay sales. Position is in-person at our Huntington Beach office.
We are an aftermarket motorcycle parts company specializing in motorcycle levers and controls. Your goals will be to grow our existing marketplace sales on platforms like Amazon and eBay.
Responsibilities
• Listing Optimization： Create and optimize product listings across various marketplaces, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and pricing to drive customer engagement and conversion.
• Advertising Management：Develop and execute effective advertising strategies to increase product visibility and drive traffic to our listings on marketplaces. Monitor and analyze ad performance to optimize campaigns.
• Customer Engagement： Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on marketplace platforms as well as corporate websites, providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing any concerns or questions.
• Sales Analysis and Reporting：Generate regular reports on sales, trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Execute Promotions and Marketing Strategies： Develop effective business strategies and promotional activities based on data analysis and market trends to contribute to business expansion.
• Collaboration and Coordination：Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketplace strategies with overall business objectives.
About you
- 1 Year of experience working with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Sales Platforms
- 1 Year of experience working in the automotive or powersports industry
- Proficiency with excel, familiar with filtering, sorting, formulas, and pivot tables
- Someone with great communication skills
- Someone who gets things done without perfect resources, is innovative, and works with a sense of urgency
- Someone who has high standards, takes ownership, and is invested in outcomes
- Someone who proactively helps others, stays positive, and has a good sense of humor
