Inside Sales / Customer Support
$20-25 per hour - Full Time - In-person M-F 8:30am-5pm
Welcome to ASV Inventions, home of the Unbreakable motorcycle levers since 2000!
We are seeking a full-time high energy individual to take on the role of inside sales associate/ customer support. Your primary duties would consist of the following:
- Maintain and support our existing dealer network via phone and email communication. Make sure our dealers happy, that their needs our being met and that they are buying as much as possible.
- Find new potential dealers, build relationships with them, and close sales.
- Entering orders into our CRM system for processing.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ASV products, understand the difference between our various lines and which products fit each customer best.
- Be able to assist customer support team in answering phones, emails, or chats
Skills needed
- High School Diploma
- Excellent in-person and over the phone verbal communication skills.
- Able to organize and understand multiple needs from clients.
- Able to perform basic data entry and order entry into CRM
- Knowledge and experience in sales positions
- Basic knowledge of the motorcycle industry
- A positive and chipper attitude.
You would be reporting to our office in Huntington Beach, California. Expected hours are 8:30am to 5pm M-F. We are looking for an immediate hire.
